What we need from you:
- A strong desire to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
- A compassionate attitude and a sense of dedication to “be present” every day while working with both clients and your fellow team members.
- Be reliable and dependable–your clients and your team members will be counting on you.
- A willingness to learn and open to constructive feedback for development.
- Because we value the safety of our clients and their families, we do require a background check.
What we require from you:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 20 pounds.
- Bending and squatting for up to an hour per day.
- Kids are fast, so the ability to follow a child without restrictions throughout the center (sometimes at a rapid pace) is needed.
