We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Tableau to support various data projects. This role involves maintaining and developing dashboards, collaborating with multiple business groups, and delivering actionable insights through data visualization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with buy side Asset Managers, data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Extensive Tableau dashboard & data model development. From initial requirements gathering with business users to development following SDLC iterations, to ongoing data quality monitoring, report validations, and enhancement requests. 
• Must thoroughly understand complex Tableau use cases (advanced LOD formulas, large data models, advanced visualizations).
• Must be comfortable maintaining dozens of dashboards across multiple business groups
• Data integration across business silos to build a cohesive model across disparate technology stack. Will have to integrate data between SQL Server, Snowflake, Excel, and APIs using SQL, Tableau Prep, and Python
• Business Intelligence / Analytics platform thought leadership. Must stay on top of industry trends/capabilities and provide input on strategic direction as the analytics capabilities of the firm mature. Must be comfortable being a champion for analytics at the executive level.
• Deep understanding of the buy side asset management industry. Many dashboards are designed for executive audience so knowing the industry will be invaluable to ensure data is being represented accurately for users.
