Our company is seeking a skilled maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our beach property. The primary duties of this position include beach clean-up, trash removal, and landscaping maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily beach clean-up to ensure the property is free of debris and trash

- Remove trash and debris from the property and dispose of it properly

- Maintain the landscaping of the property, including mowing, trimming, and watering

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, repairing equipment, and fixing structures

- Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping preferred

- Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
