We are looking to hire a temporary Customer Service Representative, where you will be the frontline of our customer interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our users across various communication channels. In this role, you will handle a wide range of inquiries, from technical support and course access to product information and order processing, using our state-of-the-art Service Cloud case management system in Salesforce.   The hours for this role will be 9am - 6pm ET

  • Communicate with customers via multiple channels such as phone, email, chat, etc. 
  • Handle all customer inquiries including login information, password resets, course access, product information, navigating the LMS (learning management system), invoices, webinar support, technical issues, etc.  
  • Utilize Service Cloud case management system in Salesforce for customer support 
  • Support implementation of new products and services 
  • Continuously utilize the SOP and update when needed to ensure this is always current and up to date  
  • Assist with CE credit questions and sending of completion certificates  
  • Entitling/adding/deleting users, linking a user to a firm, and adding missing subscriptions within the LMS  
  • Process orders from enrollment to completion when required 
  • Identify improvements to current systems and procedures 
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities 
  • Set the tone for a customer-focused and thoughtful work environment 
  • Build excellent customer relationships 
  • Other duties assigned by the manager  
Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements? 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office with Salesforce experience a plus 
  • Excellent telephone skills  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks  
  • Positive customer satisfaction attitude  
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Salary Description
$47,500-$50,000
