ABOUT THE IT SYSTEMS MANAGER

The IT Systems Manager is responsible for managing, developing, maintaining, and implementing the organization’s technology platforms and systems integrations. This includes overseeing technology deployment for new restaurant openings and managing the IT support team.  This position is a subject matter expert in restaurant technology hardware and software platforms.


TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST

  • Manage multiple restaurant technology platforms including Toast (Point Of Sales) system hardware, OLO (online ordering), Paytronix (loyalty program), and others.  
  • Manage Freshdesk platform resolving tickets in compliance with defined SLA’s.
  • Manage NRO (New Restaurant Opening) technology processes and vendors, on time and within budget. 
  • Manage outsourced third-party IT service providers to ensure compliance with SOW’s and SLA’s.
  • Manage the security and access of various communication and data systems that contains sensitive data. 
  • Manage inventories related to systems such as Maintenance/Service/Support.
  • Maintain admin accounts and provides support for all software systems.
  • Manage Triphen Technologies and other vendors to ensure all projects and support requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies and procedure documents to satisfy compliance standards or that support organization strategy
  • Develops IT information resources, providing for data security and control, computing, and problem recovery
  • Maintains system back-ups in coordination with Triphen Technologies, for business functions and meeting file retention obligations according to all applicable laws at the Municipal, State and Federal Level
  • Actively researches any advances in technology and security trends by reviewing pertinent publications and participating in IT community groups, webinars, conferences, and events
  • Maintain the following systems and supporting documentation: A/V(Javi), Envysion, Intermedia, Interface Security, Meraki, Security Source 
  • Performs and supports security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies

Requirements
  • Full-time position.
  • On-site work at the corporate headquarters (The Lab). 
  • Travel expectations 20-30 days annually. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields or equivalent.
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Information Technology and Strategic / Management position.
  • Experience with Toast or a similar Point-of-Sales (POS) software system strongly preferred. 
  • Experience working with finance and business teams. 
  • Experience with computer software, hardware, and networking, including Windows, Apple, and Android.
Salary Description
$70,000 to $90,000
