E4E Relief is seeking a passionate Product Manager to support the definition and delivery of new products and product enhancements. This role is responsible for documenting detailed business requirements for the top priority ideas, working with technology to implement them, and rolling them out to all internal business functions including sales, operations, marketing, legal, finance, HR, and Customer Experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Track and assess peer and competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for collaboration and/ or differentiation across primary market segments
  • Document, socialize, and continuously improve business processes and tools focused on the front end of the PMLC (ideation through user story creation) 
  • Facilitate product requirements sessions across multiple impacted departments to ensure product and enhancement ideas are clearly translated into detailed and technical user stories
  • Negotiate feature delivery commitments by facilitating the communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation
  • Enable product delivery, readiness and rollout by facilitating demos, user acceptance testing, and coordinating and documenting release notes
  • Support all product lifecycle stages from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that business outcomes are achieved 
  • Review customer feedback and data to determine potential improvements to products or processes
  • Execute on Product Enablement processes to prepare internal stakeholders for product enhancements and new products including:
  • Conduct impact assessment including all internal and external stakeholder groups 
  • Develop and manage communication plan and training based on the results of the impact assessment 
  • Coordinate with Marketing to support external Product Launch activities

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, process management and change management
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear, organized requirements
  • Ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including process maps, product brief’s and user stories
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, planning, presentation and customer service skills
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of constituencies
  • Results-oriented individual with a history of setting and obtaining goals and meeting aggressive timelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done 
  • Confident, capable, enthusiastic self-starter
  • Professional demeanor, exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred 
  • 7+ years in a product and/or project management capacity, including experience with Agile development methodology

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. 

Work Environment: 

  • Office environment 
  • Hybrid schedule- Monday and Fridays are remote, we are in the office Tuesday- Thursday. 

Travel Required: 

  • Travel is not required for this position.
