Position: Enterprise Sales Executive for the EMEA Region

Currently seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive for the EMEA Region to join our team. This is a unique full-time opportunity for a driven professional to join our growing Sales Team and serve as a new account generator in a dynamic company. Reporting to the CRO, the Sales Executive will work to procure net new sales accounts in the EMEA region. Success will require collaboration with Customer Success, Product Development, Accounting, and Security.


Accountability Summary:

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing key relationships, and contributing to VENZA's growth in the EMEA region. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Drive Sales, Upsells, and Cross-sells: 

  • Identify and secure new business by evaluating prospects in the industry.
  • Achieve revenue goals, both quarterly and annually.
  • Enhance relationships and sell additional products and services to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate current product adoption and future potential.

Build Collaborative Internal Relationships:

  • Lead internal kickoff sessions to align teams on client projects.
  • Monitor the progress of accounts receivable and contribute to internal initiatives to ensure positive account balances.

Contribute Toward VENZA’s Future:

  • Present the VENZA value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Communicate marketplace feedback to internal teams.
  • Promote product release events and new offerings.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English i  required. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment with the ability to multitask and troubleshoot under pressure.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS-based products.
  • Possesses the drive and energy to be part of a team of like-minded professionals.
  • Awareness of best sales practices and methods.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, data interpretation, and diagram-building abilities.
  • Detailed knowledge of VENZA's products and services, as well as competitive products and markets.
  • Willingness to travel (>25%).

Experience/Education:

  • 5+ years of demonstrable success in selling SaaS technology, penetrating and closing new accounts, and selling business-to-business technology to complex corporate accounts.
  • A bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration is preferred.
  • Experience in the hotel/travel technology industry is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership ability are important.

Compensation:

  • Compensation Range = €80k - €90k/year + Commission + Bonus. €180k OTE.
