Role Overview:
The remote Account Executive sells products and services on behalf of the nation’s premier logistics company. The role includes selling products and services to current and new clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls using a provided lead list.
- Build and manage a pipeline.
- Conduct a needs analysis and uncover areas where our product can assist their business.
- Create a strong, consultative relationship with decision-makers and influencers.
- Contact customers to establish needs and qualify for right-fit criteria.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining appropriate KPIs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate & Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for this position
- 6 months of call center experience preferred
- CRN/Salesforce experience preferred
- 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Must be able to do 50 – 100 dials per day
- Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
- Proficient internet navigation and applications skills.
- Quick thinking and skilled in rebuttal objections.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence.
- Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment.
Required Systems/Equipment:
- A dedicated home office, preferably a separate room with its own door.
- Microsoft Windows 10 Operating system.
- An additional Monitor.
- 8+ GB of RAM installed.
- A wired USB headset.
- Must have reliable, hardwired, high-speed cable internet with a download speed of 25+ Mbps of download speed and 5+ Mbps of upload speed.
- Cannot use VPN.
- Computer or Laptop Camera.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
