SUMMARY: All Tri-Eagle Sales employees are expected to live and lead the Tri-Eagle Sales FISH philosophy and company values with a focus on customer service.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


TRADE CALLS/PROMOTIONS/EVENTS

  • Assist with Tri-Eagle Sales trade calls in On and Off-Premise accounts.
  • Must always project a professional and positive attitude and appearance as you represent Tri-Eagle Sales.
  • Communicate contemporary adult opportunities to the Sales Team Leader.
  • Assist with Tri-Eagle Sales sponsored events and promotions.
  • Assist with developing and implementing creative impactful promotions and samplings at assigned accounts and assisting at special events.
  • Work special events and other promotional activities not associated specifically with contemporary adult accounts.


SALES EXECUTION

  • Learn various aspects of the beer industry including rotation, merchandising and point of sale.  
  • Learn proper draught pouring and cleaning procedures.
  • Recommend Tri-Eagle Sales event plan as part of the annual marketing plan.
  • Sets up merchandise and sales promotion display or issues sales promotion materials to customers.  
  • Works with sales personnel to assist with building displays in various accounts.
  • Must build a rapport with retailers and consumers and sell A-B products, service, and quality message at all times.
  • Selling and servicing each retailer remembering that the customer is very important to Tri-Eagle Sales and Anheuser-Busch and must be handled respectfully and courteously.
  • Assist with evaluating market conditions, competitive activity, and opportunities in key retail accounts.
  • Assist with selling-in and monitoring the condition of permanent and paper P.O.S. in contemporary adult accounts and for notifying the appropriate team member if it needs replacing or repair.


MISCELLANEOUS

  • Work safely and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with maintaining an accurate and complete filing system for contemporary adult accounts, maintain required paperwork and meeting deadlines.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 21 years of age. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D).


LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.


REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:

Must maintain current State of Florida Driver's License.

The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds. The employee must move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. 


While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in high, precarious places and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and humid conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to risk of electrical shock.


The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
