JOB DESCRIPTION

REVELxp is currently looking for a passionate individual on a professional growth trajectory to work with our team to support the company brand partnership platforms across various Properties. As the National Partnership Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day development, management, activation and execution of assigned brand partnership accounts and relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, provide exceptional service while building strong relationships with our partners.   


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:  

  • Support and assist the overall sales process for the Revel XP business development and national partnerships team. This includes assisting the team on activating business partnerships, creation of recap presentations and sales presentations.
  • Responsible for activation and execution of assigned brand partnership accounts across various Properties, ensuring delivery on all assets in a partner’s agreement while providing exceptional customer service
  • Build and develop relationships with partners via regular meetings and communications, conducting regular planning and activation meetings with assigned accounts. Includes learning about partner’s business goals, building collaborative partner activations and strategies that lead to renewal.
  • Assist the business development team with expense reporting, invoicing, and other budgetary needs including management of timely revenue collections from partners.
  • Collaborate with other REVELXP departments to ensure current partner assets are executed. Moreover, to drive new and innovative elements to enhance REVELXP’s offerings for prospective and current partners.
  • Willingness to travel and represent REVELXP at events, including weekends
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned. 
Requirements

  WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE?  

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in business, sports administration, marketing, advertising or other related field; 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • The ability to work independently and demonstrate innovation and initiative -- be a Self-starter and Solution Provider.
  • Ability to multi-task managing various partnerships, schedules and budgets 
  • Excellent relationship building, inter-personal and communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • High level of initiative, specifically in the areas of revenue generation and process improvement
  • Results-driven; willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish the goal
  • Strong aptitude for learning; highly curious
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and remote meeting software programs such as Microsoft Teams, Blue Jeans and Zoom.
