The Campus Recruiter has the primary responsibility to build a pipeline of qualified candidates from universities and colleges to ensure the organization has the talent it needs to achieve its business goals. In this role, the Campus Recruiter will build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities, identify and recruit top talent candidates and promote careers at Bierman Autism Centers. The Campus Recruiter will play a crucial role in promoting Bierman Autism Centers’ employer brand and creating a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges
· Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies to fill open roles and build a pipeline for future needs
· Identify key universities and colleges to target for ABA, Speech Therapy and Occupational therapy recruitment efforts
· Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, staff, and student organizations to promote career opportunities
· Attend career fairs, information sessions, and other events at universities and professional conferences to promote Bierman and identify potential candidates
· Conduct informational interviews and other recruitment activities to assess candidates
· Serve as the liaison between Bierman and university career centers, student organizations, and other stakeholders
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials, presentations, and other resources for campus recruiting efforts
· Coordinate the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and conducting pre-employment screenings
· Track and analyze recruitment data and make recommendations for improvement
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment to ensure a competitive edge in attracting top talent
· Travel up to 30% will be expected
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
· 3+ years of campus recruiting, or talent acquisition required
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders including university faculty, staff, and students
· Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
· Knowledge of MacOS and be comfortable operating in a primarily Mac OS environment
· Ability to travel to different colleges campuses and Bierman Autism Centers sites both locally and nationally to attend recruitment and other events
Basic & Physical Requirements
· Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
· Must be able to maintain prolonged periods of working on a computer while sitting at a desk
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs
