Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As our Supply Chain Manager extraordinaire, your job is to unleash your superhuman abilities and support multiple areas of operations. This motivated individual will oversee procurement and inventory management activities. The Supply Chain manager is responsible for communicating supply issues, inventory tracking, collaborating with multiple group managers as well as vendors. They will work to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within our operations.

You'll work alongside some of the sharpest minds in the RF and microwave industry. Oh, and did we mention that you'll be based in the heart of Austin, Texas, where the tech scene is as hot as our BBQ? 


Requirements

  

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

· Supply Chain planning and strategy to improve demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain mapping.

· Procurement and vendor management to include supplier selection, competitive bidding, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and supplier relationship building.

· Risk management and mitigation through identification, analysis, diversification, and contingency planning.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives.

· Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures to minimize excess or obsolete stock.

· Continuously analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.

· Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain and logistics.

· Optimize warehouse functions.

What We're Looking for in Our Supply Chain Manager:

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience (4+ years) in supply chain management, with a track record of

successfully optimizing supply chain operations.

· Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, procurement, logistics, and inventory

· management.

· Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, such as ERP systems.
