We support providers and practices using eBlu Solutions to enhance the patient journey. eBlu Solutions is looking for an energized individual looking to be a part of an innovative solution and wants to be the Strategic Account Manager for our Pharmaceutical partnership.
POSITION DISCRIPTION:
The Strategic Account Manager oversees and manages customer relationships with eBlu Solutions, ensuring outstanding service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, identifying up-sell opportunities, and assisting in new customer sales efforts. The Strategic Account Manager - Pharmaceutical involves coordinating with internal teams and does not have direct reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client industries and eBlu solutions to drive product/service adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales for contract renewals and program requirements.
- Identify up-sell opportunities and drive organic growth.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions with minimal disruption.
- Communicate project status and timeline updates to stakeholders.
- Ensures accurate monthly invoices and reports according to SLA’s.
- Track account health metrics and manage account plans.
- Present data-driven insights in business reviews.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Skilled in implementation, project management, and process improvement.
- Strong in data utilization for KPI monitoring and insights.
- Detail-oriented, and organized, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation ability.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Word, Excel, and CRM software.
- Able to communicate effectively with various audiences.
- Willing to travel up to 25% and work outside normal business hours when necessary.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 4 years' experience in client management.
- Experience with medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement support services.
