Description

OVERVIEW: eBlu Solutions provides benefit verification, prior authorization, and access to patient assistance and copay offerings sponsored by biopharma customers. We support providers and practices using eBlu Solutions to enhance the patient journey. eBlu Solutions is looking for an energized individual looking to be a part of an innovative solution and wants to be the Strategic Account Manager for our Pharmaceutical partnership.     


POSITION DISCRIPTION:   

The Strategic Account Manager oversees and manages customer relationships with eBlu Solutions, ensuring outstanding service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, identifying up-sell opportunities, and assisting in new customer sales efforts. The Strategic Account Manager - Pharmaceutical involves coordinating with internal teams and does not have direct reports.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client industries and eBlu solutions to drive product/service adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales for contract renewals and program requirements.
  • Identify up-sell opportunities and drive organic growth.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions with minimal disruption.
  • Communicate project status and timeline updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensures accurate monthly invoices and reports according to SLA’s.
  • Track account health metrics and manage account plans.
  • Present data-driven insights in business reviews.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects.
Requirements

  

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: 

  • Skilled in implementation, project management, and process improvement.
  • Strong in data utilization for KPI monitoring and insights.
  • Detail-oriented, and organized, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven conflict resolution and negotiation ability.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Word, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Able to communicate effectively with various audiences.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% and work outside normal business hours when necessary.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required 
  • 4 years' experience in client management.
  • Experience with medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement support services.
