What You'll Do
- Train private clients with additional compensation
- Train members and guests in a class setting
- Organize and clean up equipment
- Assess movement patterns through administering a Functional Movement Screen
- Track client progress
- Follow up with clients for booking
- Communicate with the desk staff when a client needs booked
- Manage client schedules
- Coach 3-5 sessions per WEEK
- Report to Club Director for onsite needs
- Must be able to coach mornings and evenings and some weekends
- Has team spirit and is always willing to covers when needed
- Manage personal schedule with the Fitness Director
- Attend regular trainer meetings held by the Fitness Director

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fitness Certification Required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
- Ability to demonstrate a variety of functional movements
Salary Description
$35.00-$40.00/ Class
