Description
The Relationship Coordinator specializes in in providing exceptional service to our institutional trust services clients. In the role, the individual is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfactions, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and our internal team,

Essential Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional trust services clients, addressing inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives.
- Coordinate client onboarding processes, including gathering necessary documentation and facilitating communication with internal departments.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty through value-added services and solutions.
- Collaborates with internal teams, including operations, legal, and compliance to address client requests and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and deliver client reports, presentation, and performance reviews as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to drive retention and growth.
- Regularly review internal reporting to confirm relationship coding is accurate with client service model.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field or the equivalent industry work experience.
- Previous experience in client relationship management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of institutional trust services and fiduciary responsibility is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- 2-4 years of client coordination or relationship experience.
- 4+ year’s client coordination or relationship experience preferred.
