About you:

Are you ready to drive strategic transformation and unlock data-driven insights for a leading Construction software platform? As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will be at the forefront of innovation, harnessing cutting-edge analytics tools to turn complex data into actionable intelligence. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their unique challenges, design and implement tailored BI solutions, and deliver impactful dashboards and reports that shape business decisions. Your expertise will empower teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and fuel growth, all while positioning yourself as a key player in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Day-to-day, you will:

  • Provide client education and training on standard product functionality and customized solutions. 
  • Write and develop required reports and document layouts using reporting tools.
  • Design & develop customized solutions based on agreed requirements.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills through critical thinking to provide innovative solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to uncover opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue growth. 
  • Multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick responsiveness to situations as they arise.
  • Utilize your excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, detail orientation, strong business aptitude, technical judgment, negotiation and problem-solving ability.
Requirements

Your skills and experiences include:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, economics, or other relevant concentration. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data-related or business intelligence position.
  • Able to leverage different technologies such as SQL, Analytics on Azure, Progress OpenEdge, Generate/calc programs, APIs, and data visualization platforms. 

Preferred: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with database query language. 
  • Strong ability to process and manipulate data in Excel. 
  • A working understanding or mastery of automation and database management.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
