Description

Lido Advisors, LLC, a well-established and rapidly growing wealth management firm, is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Vice President to join our dynamic Advanced Wealth Planning team.


The individual will be part of a growing team within Lido Advisor’s financial planning department, working in coordination with Lido’s tax, estate, investment, and trust teams. The Senior Vice President will be responsible for financial planning for clients and prospects within the $15M-$30M net worth range, with a focus on building deeper and more meaningful relationships with families through ongoing, personalized, and comprehensive planning strategies.


The ideal candidate will concentrate on high-net-worth individuals with estate tax issues and possess the capabilities to assist Lido Advisors in attracting prospects with more complex planning needs.


Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Complete client data-gathering, input data into financial planning software (eMoney), collaborate with L-Tax, estate, and trust colleagues, as well as advisors on plan design, and create plan summaries.
  • Construct comprehensive financial plans and develop a set of clear and actionable strategies for the client. Areas of emphasis include estate planning, philanthropic planning, tax mitigation, and risk management.
  • Clearly articulate planning recommendations while presenting the financial plan to clients in an approachable manner.
  • Summarize estate planning documents and educate clients and prospects on various estate planning strategies in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of increasingly complex financial planning concepts and stay informed about current financial planning developments and tax law changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning/estate planning.
  • CFP® designation. 
  • Experience with eMoney Advisor.
  • Experience with complex estate planning.
