The Role:
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing, this Senior Director of Sales is considered a key strategic team member with EPC Power. This position will support execution of a business development and strategic selling strategy that strengthens EPC Power’s presence in the power converter industry.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a business development and strategic sales strategy focused on key accounts identified by senior leadership
- Manage existing and new accounts through establishing strong customer business relationships
- Stay well-informed and attuned to changes within the industry
- Travel to customer sites to raise awareness and educate customers on EPC Power’s value proposition; attend trade shows to showcase our product offerings
- Travel up to 50%
- Other duties and responsibilities within the scope of position as required or assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or other related field required, Master’s preferred
- Minimum of 10 years’ sales experience in power conversion and/or renewable energy industries
- Proven experience developing, documenting, and executing a sales strategy

Salary:$200,000 - $250,000 plus bonus
