In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Chief Services Officer and lead a talented team of professionals, focusing on establishing new client relationships and seizing project opportunities. As the Vice President of Growth, you will have the opportunity to shape our growth strategies and make a meaningful impact on our business and clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and Lead: Coach and inspire Client Development Managers to create and implement growth strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze client data and market trends to inform growth initiatives and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Opportunity Management: Oversee new client opportunities and make strategic decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders to expand our market presence and business opportunities.
Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and market expansion in a senior role.
  • Expertise in developing and executing growth strategies in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong ability to understand customer behavior and leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in managing teams, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tools, data analysis software, and relevant technologies.
  • Professional licensure or certifications in consulting engineering (e.g., PE, PMP) are a plus.
  • Ability to travel (20-40% of the time) as required.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. and a valid Driver’s License.
