We are seeking sharp, detail-oriented, dedicated individuals to join our team.
We are hiring ESOP Administrators and offering a $5,000 sign on bonus.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in ESOP knowledge and be customer focused. As an ESOP Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including recordkeeping, compliance testing, distributions, and regulatory reporting.

We are the largest provider of ESOP Administration services in the country with over 1,500 ESOPs under management.
Skills & Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, written and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Work independently and set priorities with minimal supervision while effectively managing a complex caseload.
• Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients.
• Interpret documents and resolve technical problems.
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week during peak times.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Math or Economics
• 4+ years’ experience working specifically on ESOP administration including ESOP related compliance testing such as 409(p) testing
• Possess or working towards QPA or QKA certification highly desirable
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and advanced level Excel skills
Sign-On Bonus: You will receive a one-time sign-on bonus of $5,000 (less lawful deductions) in the payroll cycle following the successful completion of six months of service.
