We have an opening for a Pension Plan Administrator 


We are seeking a detail-oriented, dedicated Pension Plan Administrator who wants to delight clients. The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-motivated and able to manage their own caseload, including deadlines. Administrators are responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including compliance and discrimination testing, distribution and loan processing and regulatory reporting. We are looking for an individual willing to roll up their sleeves and handle any and all tasks related to the engagement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years Defined Contribution Administration
  • 1+ years Defined Benefit Administration is preferrable
  • Experience with DATAIR or FT Williams is a plus
  • Accounting background is preferrable
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work on several projects concurrently
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy, dependability, sense of integrity, and self-motivated
  • Ability to meet deadlines timely
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills 
  • Self-starter, details oriented, motivate and a team-player
  • Professionalism
