Founded in 2005, Einstein Charter Schools is a top performing, tuition free, open admissions network of 4 schools in New Orleans East, serving grades PK-12. Our schools are: Sherwood Forest, Village De L’est, Einstein Middle School, and Sarah T. Reed High School. Authorized by the Orleans Parish School Board, we service the needs of more than 1,600 students, over 30% of whom receive ELL services.

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Part-Time Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive recruitment and enrollment, and engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit marketing content, including social media and website updates.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on all platforms by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Website Management: Support with managing the network’s website; this includes attending monthly website update meetings, collaborating on the functionality of the website, collaborating on the evaluation and management of website performance, collaborating on the development, maintenance, and updates of website content.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including digital ads, promotions, and events.
- Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the administrative team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks as needed, such as updating databases, organizing files, and managing marketing materials.
- Education: Marketing, Communications, Business Degree or a related field preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Working Hours:
- Schedule: Flexible hours with an expectation of 20-29 hours per week.
- Location: Hybrid
Evaluation
- Annual review, including analysis of marketing output
- Evaluated by the Administrative Team
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
