About the Role:
Are you a relentless driver of e-commerce sales growth, with a proven track record in managing and expanding a large catalog of ASINs? Do you thrive on proactively identifying opportunities to boost revenue and have a passion for developing strategies that elevate category performance and drive business success? We are looking for an E-Commerce Account Manager to drive sustained profitable growth on Amazon. This person will be collaborating with an Amazon-focused team, being responsible for first-party category management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, develop, and execute growth strategies to increase sales and profitability on Amazon.
· Maximize revenue potential during key promotional and seasonal events.
· Analyze sales data and market trends to identify white space opportunities and areas for innovation and improvement.
· Manage day-to-day business relationships, and proactively negotiate costs, promotional opportunities, and special buying programs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, engineering, and finance to generate growth from new products, promotions and programs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, order management, marketing, and e-commerce operations to ensure seamless operations reflected in a strong overall performance scorecard.
· Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a 1P Category Manager for a brand or for Amazon.
· Expertise in managing a large catalog of ASINs.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
