Role Overview:

The Account Executive represents our client, a leader in private and secure telephone communications. In this role, you will leverage your strong product knowledge to effectively position a unique mobile security app to potential customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Position our client's unique mobile security app as a superior solution for secure communications.
  • Contact and communicate with consumers across a wide variety of verticals to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Compare and contrast the consumers' current products and technologies with our client's offerings, highlighting the benefits and promotions available.
  • Skillfully address and overcome customer objections, painting a compelling picture of how our client's products can enhance their communication security.
Requirements

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications: 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for this position 
  • BPO/Contact Center/Call center/Sales Agency experience preferred.
  • Business to Consumer (B2C) sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
  • Internet navigation and applications skills
  • Ability to think on the fly and transition to overcome customer objections
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.


Shift Availability:

  • Monday - Friday (no weekends)
  • 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • 9:00 am - 5:30pm
  • 9:30pm - 6:00 pm

$18.00 per hour + commission
