We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Vice President of Services to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Chief Services Officer and lead a talented team of AVPs of Services and Senior Quality Leads, focusing on enhancing and streamlining the services HRG provides.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and Lead: Coach and inspire our Assistant Vice Presidents of Services, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and client-focused solutions.
  • Drive Synergy: Ensure seamless service delivery by aligning Services and Operations and maintaining high standards through Quality Management Plans and technical standards.
  • Strategic Vision: Identify market trends and opportunities to inform our Strategic Business Plan, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Collaborative Development: Work with HR to develop and enhance training programs, aligning them with our quality control goals.
  • Resource Optimization: Assess and recommend equipment and technology needs through cost-benefit analysis.
  • Empowerment: Support your colleagues in achieving personal and team goals, reinforcing a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with other VPs to ensure our services align with strategic goals and operational plans.


Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is required; advanced degree is preferred. A business degree or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in servant leadership and collaboration.
  • Extensive experience in the civil engineering or construction industry, ideally 10 years, with significant leadership roles. Candidates with fewer years of experience may be considered if they can demonstrate substantial success in the field
  • Expertise in managing large-scale projects, with strong skills in project management, team leadership, and technical service delivery.
  • Experience in strategic planning, financial budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, safety compliance, and risk management in construction settings.
  • Relevant professional licensure or certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) are required.
  • Ability to travel as needed (20-40% of the time) by car, train, or air.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. and a valid Driver’s License.
