Description

Work with a great team with no travel! Full time or part time is available.

At PACE’s Faces ABA Program, we believe outstanding care begins with taking care of our team—and we’ve built a workplace that reflects that. With small caseloads, low turnover, and a supportive, highly collaborative team, this is a place where your voice is heard, your values are respected, and your clinical excellence is empowered.

What Makes Us Different:

  • Small Caseloads, Big Impact: 90–100 billable hours/month with time built in for planning, collaboration, and reflection.
  • Clinic-Based Model: Say goodbye to extensive travel—services are primarily delivered onsite in a thoughtfully designed, child-friendly environment.
  • Warm, Team-Based Culture: We support each other, celebrate wins, and collaborate often. Staff morale is high and turnover is low.
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedules with part-time and full-time availability, Monday–Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM.
  • Mission-Driven Non-Profit: We’re here to serve—not sell. Our focus is always on client progress and staff sustainability.
