Nextworld builds a forward-thinking, no-code, cloud-based development, and runtime platform with robust capabilities for enterprise applications.
With a focus on technical solution architecture, will collaborate closely with both internal project teams and clients to deliver quality software solutions. As the Solution Architect - Technical Consulting Lead you have the ability to manage a portfolio of the most complex and challenging enterprise software delivery engagements with minimal assistance from senior management, while effectively leading team members and assisting with all other projects as needed. You’ll utilize your technical expertise to devise strategic plans for the optimization of software deployment.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with customers on ERP and business transformation projects; specifically with project team members, business stakeholders and customer leadership to ensure the project goals are aligned with key business processes and technology roadmaps
- Collaborate with internal Product Owners as well as business SME’s to ensure alignment between requirements and solution
- Provide expert feedback to Product teams on future enhancements and product gaps
- Assist project team with all aspects of the project implementation methodology
- Coach and mentor project team members
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent plus minimum 10 years' related implementation and configuration experience
- The ideal candidate will be a senior level architect with extensive experience and system knowledge in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, JDE or similar with a strong understanding of Financials, Distribution and/or Manufacturing
- Must be well versed in end-to-end business processes, such as Procure to Pay, including current industry best practices, configuration, data migration, integrations and customizations
- Experience with full project lifecycle implementation including requirements gathering, design, build, test, train, Go Live cut-over and support
- Comfortable presenting business solutions to executive stakeholders and managing project team expectations
Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed.
Starting Salary Range: $120K - $160K per year

Position located in Greenwood Village, CO. Nextworld's hybrid model has co-location in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
