Job Title: Clinical Postdoctoral Fellow - Neuropsychology Track

Salary: $65,000 per annum, distributed in bi-weekly payrolls with increases to $67,500 per annum at 12 months and $70,000 per annum at 18 months.

Job Summary
A Clinical Postdoctoral Fellow pursuing a neuropsychology track will receive training focused on neuropsychological assessments of children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, disruptive behavior, ASD, and ADHD over the course of a 24 month fellowship.
We also offer subspecialties of Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Selective Mutism (SM) with possibilities of certification, click here to learn more! Fellows would receive the necessary individual and group supervision (minimum of 2 hours per week) for NYS licensure. We are an excellent training site that prioritizes direct care learning opportunities, 1:1 supervision and growth and have clinicians that specialize in evidence-based treatments, such as CBT, PCIT, PCIT-SM, PMT and ERP to assess and treat children, adolescents and families struggling with anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, disruptive behavior, ASD and ADHD.

Position Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000 per annum, distributed in bi-weekly payrolls with increases to $67,500 per annum at 12 months and $70,000 per annum at 18 months.

- Four in-person days (3 days in-person required, fourth day may be hybrid based on client preference)
- 20 hours of direct services:
- Postdoc Hybrid - approximately 15 counseling sessions/week and 2 testing cases/month
- Postdoc Testing only - approximately 4 testing cases/month
- 20 hours of indirect services
- Including but not limited to individual and group supervision, department and team meetings, and other activities outlined by the supervisor.
Position Responsibilities:
- Use evidence-based methods to assess and/or treat children, adolescents, and adults utilizing evidence-based/CBT-oriented modalities
- Participate in special projects such as working alongside pediatric practices to provide virtual office hours (screening and psychoeducation) to support their patients and families
- Assist with clinical coordination by conducting clinical screening/consultation calls and assisting with recruitment and enrollment for group and individuals services
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming, testing, and therapy goals
- Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, collateral providers, and specialists from a “Growth Mindset”
- Display solid time management, writing, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Alignment with the company mission, vision, and core values
Required:
- Doctorate in clinical/school/applied psychology and NY permit eligibility
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using evidence-based CBT interventions (CBT, PMT, ERP, PCIT) to treat children and adolescents with anxiety, mood disorders, ODD and ADHD
Preferred
- Graduate training and coursework in neuropsychology
- Internship experience in neuropsychology
- Neuropsychological assessment experience
- Experience with ASD population
Physical Requirements:
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
- May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.
