DESCRIPTION:

The Performance Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to learn about various performance marketing disciplines and contribute to real-world projects, helping the team execute strategies and tactics across multiple digital channels. An excellent researcher and analytical thinker, the selected candidate will possess the ability to thoughtfully articulate opinions in the realms of digital marketing and is an eager, passionate and motivated team player.

This role is a paid internship and will be compensated on an hourly basis.


KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In support of the performance marketing strategists, the performance marketing intern will assist with:
  • SEO setup and maintenance tactics
  • Client reporting through Google Analytics 4 and Google Data Studio
  • Paid search build outs and optimizations in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing)
  • Social advertising builds and management on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest
  • Tools and platforms that the performance marketing intern may work with include:
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Data Studio
  • SEM Rush
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Ads
  • Microsoft Advertising
  • Meta Business Manager
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Twitter Ads
  • Pinterest Ads
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing or Data Science preferred; capabilities in SEO, website analytics, data analytics, and/or digital marketing a plus
  • Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.- 6 p.m.)
  • Ability to work from the office 2-3 days per week
  • Ability to analyze data, think critically, and communicate
  • Takes pride in work, but welcomes feedback
  • Has and can articulate opinions in the realm of digital marketing
  • Is proactive and takes initiative, whether in asking questions, soliciting feedback, or making suggestions
  • Is prepared to produce “client-ready” work and understands the importance of proofreading and research
  • Takes ownership over tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of and experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Data Studio, SEM Rush, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager

Salary Description
$20/hr
