We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Liaison | Sales Rep for home care and assisted living to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients to promote our home care and assisted living services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase client base and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients and their families to educate them on our home care services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns
- Attend community events and health fairs to promote our services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
