We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is looking to make a significant impact by developing and driving project schedules and budget and by managing and leading teams to effectively deliver projects.  


Responsibilities include:

  • Manage construction projects through all phases including pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to contract terms and plans and specifications
  • Manage contracts, sub-contractors, and vendors to job deliverables and schedules
  • Understanding client drivers and offering value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and change orders
  • Establish and maintain positive client relations


Requirements

 The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience, preferably in water treatment or wastewater construction
  • Ability to create and manage comprehensive project schedules using plans and input from subcontractors
  • The ability to travel out of town to job sites

Location & Travel requirements: 

This a remote-based position and the Project Manager will be required to travel to job sites up to 6 days per month.

Salary range*: $110-$155k, plus project bonuses!


*The provided base salary range is used nationally. The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
