Hours: Monday-Friday 2:45pm-5:00pm (practices) and Saturday for games
Base Pay: $22.00 / Hour

Responsibilities
- Provide the necessary skills, support, and advice for team to be successful against opposing teams in a sports season. ?
- Model good sportsmanship and enforce sportsmanlike behavior among the players at all times. ?
- Complete thorough practice plans for all athletes. ?
- Oversee and/or direct daily sports practices, sometimes up to 20 students.
- Follow directions of Athletic Director regarding policies and procedures.
- Participate fully in all activities at assigned site.
- Actively participate in all required staff development workshops, trainings, and academy.
- Maintain an active line of sight members at all times.
- Provide guidance and role modeling to club athletes and help members resolve problems and conflicts.
- Must be able to coach football, volleyball, soccer, basketball and track
- Responsible for game day preparation of designated areas when home games are scheduled.
- Supervision of Athletes during all games.
- Game day coaching.
- Assist members with Homework.
- Establish meaningful relationships with members.
- Encourage positive reinforcement.
- Create lesson plans, program calendars, schedule of activities.
- Plan and implement special/culminating events.
- Ensure that members always remain in line of sight.
- Provide a physically and emotionally safe environment for all members at all times –and ensure the emotional and physical safety of all members.
- Provide safe passage to and from off-site trips, walking program and special events.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Desire and ability to work with children.
- Ability to accept supervision and guidance. ?
- Good character, integrity and adaptability.
- Enthusiasm, good judgment, patience and self-control. ?
- Must participate in required trainings by the Club, County, State, and/or funders.
- Good verbal and communications skills.
- Must be able to pass a drug test that includes screening for marijuana, criminal and driving records investigations, and reference checks.
- A valid driver's license and ability to be insured under the company's insurance policy.
- Be adaptable and be flexible to changes.
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavioral problems.
- The successful candidate will primarily work indoors. Accordingly, the ability to use a variety of equipment including janitorial and office equipment is required.
- The job requires the ability to stand for extended periods, kneel, reach, bend, and lift objects weighing in excess of 25 lbs. Outdoor work and moderate physically demanding activities may be required on occasion.
- Be able to maintain a high level of energy.
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
