Position Summary:

Oversee the entire business unit, focusing on growth, profitability, and operational excellence across financial performance, quality, engineering, regulatory compliance, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all business unit functions, directly managing Engineering, Site Directors, and Quality teams; indirect oversight of Program Managers, HR, and Finance.
  • Oversee facilities, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality control.
  • Train and develop management staff to achieve daily operations and long-term goals.
  • Recruit, support, and evaluate team members to optimize performance.
  • Manage the budget with full P&L responsibility.
  • Continuously assess company performance, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate on global marketing strategies and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction through quality, delivery, and service.
  • Set objectives and policies, leading the team to exceed facility goals.
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with all laws, regulations, and corporate standards.
  • Foster positive employee relations and open communication.
  • Regular and predictable attendance required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years in progressive management within a manufacturing environment, ideally aerospace.
  • 5 years in continuous improvement, Six Sigma, or Lean environment.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, use hands, and reach.
  • Must have close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Work Environment:

  • Electronics manufacturing setting with a focus on safety.
  • Professional office environment with moderate noise.
  • Requires approximately 25% travel, including international.

Citizenship Requirement:

  • Must provide proof of US Citizenship or Permanent Residency
