Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, processing, and coordinating work orders efficiently to ensure the timely completion of projects and tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in facilities management, service operations, or a similar environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with work order management software (IFS experience is preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
