• Board certification (EM, FM, or IM/peds) 
• 1+ years of emergency medicine experience
• ANY STATE LICENSE- Active/unrestricted MD/DO License from any state; must be free of disciplinary actions
• DEA Unrestricted
• Life Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
