Lido Advisors is a leading independent wealth management firm and portfolio manager.  We offer a unique culture with our in-house, comprehensive, and advanced approach to wealth advisory services, including our legacy and estate planning, tax advisory, bespoke alternative investments, and proprietary equity and fixed income strategies. 


The Investment Management team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Options Strategy to join our dynamic, growing team. The Director of Options Strategy will help make an immediate impact by providing deep expertise in complex options structures and pricing models, including Black-Scholes-Merton (BSM), Put-Call Parity (PCP), and Binomial. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a practical approach to client and advisory interactions. 


Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Participate actively in investment committee meetings and decision-making processes. 
  • Effectively communicate program objectives and constraints to clients and advisors, ensuring a clear understanding of expectations. 
  • Develop and implement effective hedging and overlay strategies in collaboration with advisors. 
  • Serve as a key resource for advisors on Lido’s defined outcomes and concentrated stock programs. 
  • Contribute to the management and optimization of Lido’s defined outcome programs, concentrated stock programs, and private funds. 
  • Assist in the development of new options-based products to enhance our offerings. 
  • Provide regular updates and reports directly to the firm’s Chief Investment Officer.  
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.  
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience with complex options structures. 
  • Demonstrate a high level of competency in options pricing models including Black-Scholes-Merton (BSM), Put-Call Parity (PCP), and Binomial pricing. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and advisors in a clear, approachable, and relatable manner.  
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
