The Food Hub Supervisor is responsible for overseeing activities in one of Feeding Champlain Valley’s Food Hubs (Chittenden, Addison or Franklin Grand Isle) including recruiting and overseeing volunteers, managing client intakes and inventory through the Pantrysoft platform, building and expanding strategic partnerships in the service area, and managing administrative duties that measure programmatic progress and outcomes with online ordering. Ensure that our services are accessible for New Americans, people living with disabilities, people who are experiencing homelessness, or are otherwise marginalized. Ensure warehouse is clean, organized and follows all food safety requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in business or human services or combination of education and experience in human services or other appropriate discipline which include 2-4 years related experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired. Strong organization skills plus basic administrative and supervisory skills. Willingness to work evening and weekends is required. Clean driving record, valid driver's license and access to reliable private transportation must be maintained.
