Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour, and Asset Intelligence product lines allows both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.   


We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting Engrain’s Denver office location as a hands-on professional responsible for providing comprehensive HR support. The HR Generalist will work closely with management and will be instrumental in fostering an environment that reflects our commitment to employee well-being and professional growth. The candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law. The person in this role will find success by being a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, along with a “roll up your sleeves” drive to get the job done.


What you'll do...

  • Implement and execute HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Help to manage the full employee lifecycle to include recruitment, new hire onboarding, performance management, benefits and compensation administration, and offboarding.
  • Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employee relation matters.
  • Handle employee disputes, conduct investigations, and facilitate a positive work environment.
  • Closely monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations for a multi-state operation and assist with audits, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data to include interfacing with Finance on payroll matters.
  • Analyze HR data along with conducting employee engagement surveys, reporting results, and observations of patterns/trends, to make recommendations for improvements or adjustments needed for the business.
  • Participate in organizational employee engagement and communicating effectively to manage change initiatives.
  • Partner with management to develop and implement effective talent management strategies, training and development, and succession planning.
  • Oversee HR projects from inception to completion
Requirements


What you offer us…

  • 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of federal, multi-state, and local HR laws & regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS/PR systems to include data entry, reporting, and implementation.
  • A high degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation  
  • Ability to build and facilitate effective working relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Strong verbal and written skills, along with attention to detail
  • Adept at solving problems and making decisions
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to change 
  • Strong consultative and solution-oriented mindset 
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred

What we offer you...

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: annual salary of $75,000 - $95,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
