Description
We are looking for a talented Massage Therapist to join our team of genuine hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate must possess a heart for hospitality and be committed to providing resort spa offerings that drive loyalty with our staff and clients, delivers a welcoming, therapeutic, and recovery-based experience to all who partake in the Spa offerings in Dryland Vail.

What You'll Do
- Attend staff meetings and training as required.
- Engage and provide input to improve spa experience.
- Demonstrate passion about wellness and commitment to making a difference for others.
- Continually strive to understand all the services, fitness, spa, Haus Quiver, Slope Room, Unravel & Gravity Haus offerings.
- Familiarize yourself with Gravity Haus membership plans.
- Deliver therapeutic massage according to trained protocol, and act with appropriate client direction.
- Present self professionally, in uniform and be prepared for services.
- Arrive well in advance of first appointment to prepare the workspace, and be punctual with client appointment start / close timing.
- Serve guests with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Remain present in the spa unless permission is granted by spa management team to take a break or leave property.
- Speak in a professional and courteous manner to spa guests and co-workers.
- Sets self and others up for success.
- Responsible for restocking back bar and linens as appropriate, and specifically to ensure seamless transition for next team member and guest.
- Adhere to OSHA and DORA guidelines for hygiene and cleanliness of workspace and product.
- Merchandise and restock inventory as appropriate, and strive to lower cost of goods when applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the facility. Report maintenance or housekeeping issues in a timely manner. Turn off electrical equipment to maintain safety of space.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education and Experience
- Massage License from accredited institution
- 1 year professional experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to perform routine spa treatments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Salary Description
$45.00-$65.00 / treatment
