The Director of Finance / Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations of a company. They ensure that the financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with the relevant standards and regulations. They also manage the budgeting, forecasting, and internal control processes of the company with an overall eye toward building enterprise value. 

 Responsibilities

• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes

• Manage measurement and analysis of company SaaS KPIs, consolidated revenue model, annual budgeting, cross-functional    planning and support

• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments and business units

• Identify and implement opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting and financial systems

• Keep abreast of the latest accounting and financial trends and best practices

• Prepare and present financial statements and reports to executive team and external stakeholders

• Analyze and monitor the financial performance and position of the company

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the accounting department and external auditors

• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Ensure compliance with the applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
