Unlike traditional data aggregators and brokers, the co-op is a sustainable and trusted source for platforms and service providers faced with rising data licensing costs and diminishing quality.

The 5×5 Co-op is formed by hundreds of contributing members whose exhaust signals are the basis for verified data assets. This means the cooperative acts as the processing hub to turn these exhaust products into data that strengthens member’s platforms.

About the job:


5x5 is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to work independently and collaboratively to solve technical issues and advise customers on our data products. In this role, you will act as the technical point of contact for all 5x5 customers post-sale. We are looking for somebody who can troubleshoot complex customer environments, collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve bugs, provide crucial feedback to our cross functional team to drive improvement, as well as utilize their extensive technical knowledge to enhance client relationships, marketing strategies, and operations. 



Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional support experience via email, web and/or phone for our customers using 5x5’s products.
  • Partner with the Sales and Customer Success teams to gain a deep understanding of customers’ data requirements and product objectives.
  • Provide post-sale technical support and guidance to ensure successful product implementation and use.
  • Assist commercial customers in onboarding new products, ensuring a smooth transition and effective transfer of data.
  • Own the data testing process and create mutual success plans with customers to drive value and achieve goals.
  • Continuously engage with the customer base to identify new use cases and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely technical resolutions to issues.
  • Act as the bridge between 5x5 customers and the product/engineering team, facilitating clear communication and feedback.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback using HubSpot, and provide actionable recommendations for product improvements through Jira.
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of 5x5’s data products and solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B Data & AdTech environment providing solutions to complex technical challenges.  
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries in a Snowflake environment.
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure and/or other cloud data stores.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or consulting role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to take initiative and contribute to achieving company goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
