The company is seeking a Salesforce Developer with a strong background on the Salesforce platform, Force.com (custom) solutions design, custom development, configuration, implementation, administration, and engineering support (Level-3 support). Responsibilities

• Perform Salesforce configuration and custom development using Salesforce Approval Processes, Flows, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Develop and support integrations utilizing REST APIs
• Architect and design scalable custom solutions on Salesforce platform working within multi-tenant constraints and utilizing prevailing best practices.
• Must be a confident, self-starter individual who can completely “own” the delivery of high value work products.
• Perform configuration & release management using Visual Studio Code with the Salesforce CLI, Apache Ant, or Salesforce Change Sets.
• Apply knowledge to ensure deliverables from multiple development work threads follow robust release management disciplines and procedures.
• Maintain configuration documentation in our wiki knowledge base.
• Provide timely Level 3 support for critical break/fix issues. 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a software development/information technology environment is required.
• 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce is required. 
• Formal Salesforce developer certifications like Salesforce Platform Developer I/II is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile SDLCs, Object-Oriented Programming, and systems engineering principles is required.
• Prior programming experience and knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript is required.
• Experience with Salesforce development in a multi-tiered release environment, including hands-on configuration and release management experience is required
• Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components is desirable.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau/CRMA, Einstein 1, Jira, Jira Confluence, and Salesforce Communities a plus, but not required.
• Experience integrating Salesforce data with other business systems utilizing REST APIs especially financial apps/systems is desirable.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries (ex. jQuery, Vue.js, Vuex, Vuetify, Google Maps, Google Charts, etc.) a plus, but not required.
• Financial Services Industry experience is desirable, but not required.
