Co-Op / Intern Project Engineer
Description

Fulton Group N.A. is a multinational boiler manufacturer with a variety of market leading products. The company is located in Pulaski, NY which is a short commute from Syracuse, just 30min from the 481-81 interchange.

The Co-op program at Fulton is a great opportunity for students to work with a multidisciplinary team and gain experience. Fulton touches many aspects of engineering, from combustion technology to electrical systems to heat transfer to turbomachinery.


The Project Engineer Co-op will assist Engineers on a variety of projects including managing packaged equipment builds to improving the processes used to design and manage projects.  


ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Develop and continuously improve tools used to select, configure, order, and verify customer orders for standard and custom equipment. 
  • Communicating with production teams on projects. 
Requirements

 QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience): 

  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management or related.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Repetitive Motion – Substantial movement/motion of the wrists, hands, or fingers.
  • Sitting – The body is supported by buttocks and back and employees needs to remain seated for extended periods of time.
  • Walking – Moving about on foot to travel and accomplish tasks, including long distances.
  • Vision – Visual acuity is required to view a computer terminal and to analyze data.

Salary Description
$20 - $23 / hour
