What You’ll Do
The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Head of Design to create compelling ideas and solutions that propel the objectives of RP3’s clients. As the Designer, you’ll:
- Work with the creative team to develop interactive and engaging campaigns for digital channels
- Develop logos, conceptualize new branding, and create meticulously crafted brand guidelines
- Develop digital products based on new design concepts, or adapting to an existing system
- Resize/adapt printed materials to different specifications
- Concept, create, and deploy HTML5 ads and other digital assets
- Create engaging brand websites and landing pages
- Design and Develop presentations for RP3, our clients, and prospective clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or degree in a related field
- 4-5 years of design or similar experience in an agency or in-house setting
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) & Figma
- Design experience working on assets for digital campaigns
- Strong design and composition techniques in producing polished final pieces
- Demonstrated understanding of:
- Social Media platforms
- Color theory and color relationships.
- Typographic terms that identify type forms and the specifications required to refer to typographic settings (i.e., points, leading, picas, kerning, tracking, cap-height, x-height,
- etc.).
- Perspective and space relationships.
- Page composition and grid structures.
- Print production process and correct disking procedures.
- Photography and the photographic process.
Preferred but not Required
- Experience with After Effects
- Experience in an agency environment
- 3D design experience
- UI/UX experience
