Description

Answer incoming phone calls

Onboarding new hires thru the Paylocity platform 

Assist superintendents with distribution of weekly payroll 

Track weekly safety forms 

Coordinate lunch ordering for trainings and workshops

Light jobsite assistance 

Coordinate building maintenance (cleaning service, office maintenance as needed)

Order office supplies and keep inventory 

Support field crews with basic jobsite paperwork 

Register for city permits and pay fees

Requirements

Bilingual (English and Spanish Speaking, Reading and Writing) 

Must be detail oriented

Must be very organized

Ability to work independently

Very good time management 

Ability to follow instructions

Good communication with Team members and Vendors

Good intermediate understanding of Microsoft Outlook

Good intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel  

Salary Description
$20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
