Role Overview: As a Business and Customer Solutions Analyst I at Amped Data Solutions, you will be the bridge between our customers and our data solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, analyze their data, and provide actionable insights that drive their business success. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful recommendations will be key to our customers' satisfaction and success.


Responsibilities: 

Customer Engagement and Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback.
  • Provide training and support to customers on using our data solutions effectively.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our services.


Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide clients with actionable insights.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, understandable recommendations.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure data accuracy and relevance.


Solution Development:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges and develop tailored data solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our products and services based on customer feedback and data analysis.
  • Work with the product development team to implement new features and improvements.


Project Management:

  • Manage customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, solutions provided, and project progress.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, project status, and solution effectiveness.
  • Develop and update documentation and training materials for customers.


Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the data solutions or tech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
