The supply chain manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing solar supply chain operations and will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and complex problem solving. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead out in establishing processes and holding distributors and installers to a high standard of quality, timeliness, and fiscal responsibility
• Develop and implement SOP’s that align with business goals and objectives
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing costs
• Engage in all Procurement activities, including supplier selection, material selection, negotiations, and problem solving
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
• Analyze supply chain data to identify and implement areas for improvement 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in a Supply Chain, Procurement, or Distribution role 
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
