Vibration Analyst (Remote)

We are looking for hard-working and culture-oriented individuals to join our Vibration Analysis team. In this role, you will work remotely, taking a role in analyzing and reporting the general health of rotating equipment for our customers. The role supports the customer experience through our industry-leading products and services. This team and role is integral to the culture and success of our company. Job Description:
This position will give you the opportunity to -
- Review and report on the general health of rotating equipment
- Analyze data from multiple sources (including temperature and vibration) to predict and prevent machine failure
- Collaborate with internal team and customers contacts to analyze data and create customer oriented solutions to prevent equipment downtime
- Assist with providing preventive measures for customers to take
- Work towards VCAT 3 certification if not obtained already
- Shadow, learn, and work alongside team of Vibration Analysts
- Comply with OSHA, safety regulation, and company standards
- Perform other duties as assigned and directed
Qualifications:
- Minimum VCAT 2 certification
- Preferred Bachelors or Associates degree, or equivalent experience
- Preferred experience in Millwork and/or similar background
- 2+ years of Vibration analysis experience preferred
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred
- Deep understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment. Ideally comes from a background of mechanical engineering, reliability, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite platforms
- Customer-first focus and attitude, and ability to work with individuals of all corporate levels
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with coworkers and customers
- High motivated with strong work ethic
