Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Staff Accountant to join our team! The Staff Accountant performs a comprehensive and broad range of accounting duties.

Responsibilities include:

· Assist Business Office Personnel in general ledger maintenance, budget preparation, and financial Statement preparation as required.

· Assist with annual audit process

· Work on project teams required for strategic planning,

· Provide training and backup for other Finance Department functions

This is a primarily in-person position.

• Associates Degree in Accounting, Business,      or related field and a minimum of three years of applicable experience or      an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
• Experience with automated accounting      systems, electronic spreadsheets and word processing software.
• Thorough knowledge of generally accepted      accounting principles and internal control procedures. 
• Collaborate in a team-orientated environment 
• Ability to work independently
• Conscientious, organized and very detail-oriented
• Microsoft Dynamics and QuickBooks online experience a plus
