Position Summary:

WCAC has contracts with the Department of Energy (DOE) and the major local utility companies to install energy conservation measures in eligible income homes. The Appliance Management Program (AMP) Coordinator is a hybrid position that will oversee the AMP jobs produced by the Energy staff as well as conducting AMP visits as needed to meet production goals. The AMP Coordinator will be responsible for the facilitation and tracking of AMPS to ensure Energy team is on track to meet production goals. The AMP Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and invoicing all AMPS on a weekly basis in accordance with NGRID invoicing procedures. The AMP Coordinator will create monthly production reports to strategize ways to meet and maintain production. The AMP Coordinator also trains energy staff on conducting AMP audits and ordering of AMP install products.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or HiSet equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus. 
  • Degrees or advanced courses in Energy Efficiency and Construction a plus.
  • Experience in the conservation field.
  • Familiarity with residential energy efficient and renewable technologies, specifically related to lighting, appliances, weatherization and HVAC.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, attention to detail and outstanding level of professionalism.
  • Strong outreach, organization, and self-motivation skills.
  • Must work cooperatively and effectively with a diverse population.
  • Strong technology skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Mondays.com and ability to quickly master proprietary software programs. 
  • Embraces and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ability to speak Spanish or other languages, a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Must successfully complete Accurate Background Check including CORI and drug screening.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
